The Vermont Builders & Remodelers Association (VBRA) is looking for a well-connected professional in the building, remodeling, or related trades to grow our membership community.
This is not a traditional sales role. It’s an opportunity for someone already active in the industry to leverage existing relationships, expand their network, and generate additional income through membership growth.
If you already know builders, remodelers, suppliers, or subcontractors across Vermont—this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce qualified builders, remodelers, and industry partners to VBRA
- Convert existing relationships and new connections into dues-paying members
- Represent VBRA at industry events, job sites, and networking opportunities
- Build ongoing relationships that strengthen member engagement and retention
- Share feedback and insights from the field weekly with VBRA president
- Assist with planning and promoting VBRA events
- Build member retention strategies

Top performers in this role can generate 30–50+ new members within 6 months.
Compensation
- Monthly retainer: $1,300
- Tiered commission per new member:
- $25 (1–3 members/month)
- $50 (4–6 members/month)
- $75 (7+ members/month)
- Mileage reimbursement (federal rate)
- Fully flexible schedule
