Lead Carpenter / Property Maintenance Specialist

Dolsa Construction is a fast-growing residential construction and renovation company working throughout Chittenden County and surrounding areas. We handle homeowner remodels, investment property renovations, and ongoing maintenance for managed rentals.

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Carpenter / Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Residential renovations and remodeling

• Finish and light-to-medium carpentry

• Punch list and detail work

• Rental property repairs and maintenance

• Framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and general repairs

• Maintain clean, professional jobsites

• Material scheduling/pickup

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction / carpentry experience

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Spanish is a plus (not required)
